- Because we have a low cost and transparent pricing policy we are sorry but we can not negotiate on the quoted price. But we can provide lucrative and affordable payment terms for you.
- Work Location means your office/factory locations. Say you have one factory in Pune and one factory in Bangalore and you plan to implement Turnkey in both of the locations then you need to choose one Turnkey Plan for each of the locations. Say you have a larger set-up in Bangalore and a relatively smaller set up in Pune, then you can choose a Turnkey Plus for Bangalore and a Turnkey Lite for Pune.
- Expected user strength is the expected number of people who will be using Turnkey ERP. This is not your employee strength. Normally for small companies we have seen that per ERP user there are 6-8 employees in a company. So if you have a employee strength of say 100 and of whom say 10 use ERP we will charge only for the 10 and not for the rest 90.
- The expected implementation time may vary on a case to case basis depending on your business and process complexities.
- We normally provide a 5 hour training schedule per day. Per man day in customization or data migration means 8 hours a day.
- Trainings will be provided at your location
- Benefit over previous plan is calculated for 1 year by keeping 10 users for Turnkey Standard and 50 users for Turnkey Plus
• 1st Installment: Day 1 or Start Date for 50% of the tentative budget
• 2nd and Final Installment: Within 7days After the installation process for the balance amount
• Monthly payment: At the end of month with a credit period of 7 days
• We provide all our customers with our online Help Desk Login ID and Password. We will cater all your service request from our helpdesk. Our Skype ID is souravbandyo and we provide free services through Skype or over phone. If you need services on your location then we will charge at a rate of Rs 4000/- per man day.
• Warranty claims are limited to the amount paid on first Installment. You can anytime claim your 1st installment before you pay us the 2nd installment.
• During our maintenance we will provide you with 98% uptime warranty as Service Level Agreement failing which we will refund you at the rate of Rs500/ per hour of downtime. 98% uptime will exclude our planned maintenance schedule or unforeseen network shutdown like in case of flood, riot, government regulations etc.
• We will take the backup of your database on a daily basis. In case of any data base crash we will update your database with the latest available backup. We may not be able to restore the transactions taken place in between.
• Incase if you wish to migrate to any other ERP vendor we will provide all your ERP data in .sql format for free. Any further data customization will attract a migration charge of Rs10,000/- per user.
• In case of non-payment we will deactivate access after 15days but still we will keep the data for next 3 months and then we will trash all your data. Once trashed no data can ever be retrieved. By paying all outstanding amount with a late payment interest at 20% per annum you can resume your access to Turnkey anytime within the period of 3months.
