Products Details:
Products category opens a tree structure view of your products by category. In Turnkey, a product is something you can buy and sell. It can be a raw material, a hardware, a bought out item, a customer supplied item, a stackable product, a consumable or a service. The product form contains detailed information on the products, like procurement logistic, storage location, sales price, product category, suppliers, etc.
Unique Product Code:
Each products are identified uniquely in Turnkey with their respective product code EAN 13 number and variants.
Address Book:
You can maintain all your customer and supplier related information like ordering, invoice, delivery address, contact person, phone number, e-mail id, payment terms, bank and account details, account payable/receivables in one place.
Meetings:
You can track all your internal and external meetings, you can even configure your Outlook account with Turnkey. All the meeting then created in Turnkey can be seen from Outlook and vice versa.
Sales Management:
Sales Leads: This is a place you keep all your sales leads and track their progress
Sales Opportunities: Along with leads you can also track the opportunities and negotiations associated with those leads
Sales Orders: Once your customer confirms an order you can internally place a sales order. This will tack your delivery and invoice status against the sales order. If you are into Make-to-Order industry, sales order will even track your manufacturing progress.
Purchase Management:
Purchase requisitions: Any authorized person can raise a purchase requisition.
Request for quotations: After validating the purchase requisitions the same can be converted to Request for Quotation and sent to the suppliers. You can even specify a target price against any request for quotation.
Purchase Orders: Once you get the lowest quotation you can convert the same as Purchase Order. A Purchase Order will track both incoming shipments and supplier invoices.
